• Clonex is a thick gel which has been designed to stay in contact with and around the stem, sealing the cut tissue and supplying hormones and vitamins needed to promote root cell development and promote new root tissue.
• Clonex has a full spectrum of primary nutrients and trace elements to nourish the young roots plus anti-microbial agents to protect against fungal contamination.
• Clonex Red is specially designed to be used with Hardwood cuttings and includes 8g/L of Indole Butyric Acid.

How to Use

• Trim any excess leaves and pre-soak growing media if applicable.
• Make a clean diagonal cut on the stem just below a node or growing point.
• Dip the cut end of the stem into Clonex gel, ensuring complete coverage of the sliced area.
• Insert the treated stem into your chosen growing medium, ensuring that the gel-covered area is covered by the medium.
• Keep the plants in a suitable environment with consistent temperature and humidity for optimum root development.

Guide

• Decant Clonex gel into clean container.
• Dip cutting in gel to desired rooting depth then place in propagation medium. Discard used Clonex.
