Return Policy

South Pacific Hydroponics will accept returns on faulty mechanical items on behalf of the manufacturer within the warranty period of the item.

In order for South Pacific Hydroponics to undertake returns of mechanical items, you must return the item and the original packaging, as well as your receipt.

Other non-mechanical items such as packaged nutrients cannot be returned if the product has been opened and/or the safety seal(s) are broken or tampered with.

Unopened non-mechanical items may be exchanged at the discretion of South Pacific Hydroponics.

All orders that are cancelled are subject to a restocking fee.
