• CO₂ Supply for Photosynthesis Plants consume carbon dioxide (CO₂) during photosynthesis. In an enclosed grow tent, the CO₂ around the leaves can quickly become depleted. Ventilation continuously exchanges stale air with fresh, CO₂-rich air, ensuring plants have the "food" they need to thrive.
• Temperature Regulation Grow lights and other equipment generate significant heat. Without ventilation, temperatures can rapidly reach harmful levels, stressing plants and hindering growth. • Strengthened Plant Structure Air movement within the tent, created by circulating fans, mimics natural wind. This gentle resistance encourages plants to develop stronger, thicker stems and branches, making them more robust and better able to support heavy flowers or fruits.
• Odor Control Many plants, especially during the flowering stage, produce strong odors. A proper exhaust system, when paired with a carbon filter, effectively traps and neutralizes these smells, keeping the operation discreet.
• Prevents "Microclimates" Air circulation prevents the formation of small pockets of stagnant air with different temperature and humidity levels (microclimates) that can stress plants in specific areas
